I’ve updated the entire “After Subscribed” section to make the instructions clearer. I’m really sorry for not addressing this sooner. Thank you for your patience!

Before subscribe

Happy kits are every other month subscription service. Every 2 months I will pick a theme and design planner kits and washi tapes.

The subscription service opens on every 1st of February / April / June / August / October / December

There are 6 different kits for you to subscribe.

1. Sticker kit = Suitable for all types of planners. This kit includes 2-3 washi tapes.

1.1 Sticker kit + Exclusive washi tapes = Now you can subscribe to just a sticker kit and receive all washi tapes in the collection!

2. Vertical kit = A full vertical kit with 10 sticker sheets. Designed to be used up to 2-3 weeks. The width of the box is 1.5″.

3. Mini kit = A compact vertical kit suitable for small vertical planner. It has little bits of everything from a vertical kit. The width of the box is 1.5″.

4. Hobonichi Weeks kit = Weekly view for 2-3 weeks. Plus a monthly view when purchasing during sign up period.

5. Hobonichi Cousin kit = Weekly view for 2 weeks.

6. *NEW* Washi tapes kit = A long time requested! Now you can subscribe to a sticker kit washi tapes, plus exclusive gifts washi tapes. Without having to purchase multiple kits.

Shipping price is not included in the prices above.

☀︎ When you purchase multiple kits. You will receive an exclusive washi tapes. But if you purchase “Sticker kit + exclusive washi tapes” or “Washi tape kit”. You will not get exclusive washi tapes when purchase multiple kits. 

I used to offer standard price for International and Asian countries. However, due to COVID-19 pandemic and the increase of petrol prices.I have to set the shipping price different in each countries.

You will get flat-rate shipping when subscribing multiple kits.

Kits will be shipped on the last week of the enrolled month
(February / April / June / August / October / December)

Yes! Once you receive the kit, you must cancel the next subscription before 1st of the enrol month. Eg. If you have enrolled our June kit and wanting to cancel subscription. You must cancel subscription before May 27th.

Please note that custom fees/duty taxes/VAT are buyer’s responsibility.

Please note that if you subscribe to “Sticker kit + Exclusive washi tapes” or “Washi tapes kit” WITH another kit. You will not receive exclusive washi tapes. 

Exclusive washi tapes are designed to be gifts for customer subscribing multiple kits.

But I received many requests from customers who don’t use stickers, but wants to get all of the washi tapes. Therefore, I decided to add 2 subscriptions for this reason. It is “Sticker kit + Exclusive washi tapes” and “Washi tapes kit”. 

After subscribed

A: Log in to your account, go to “My subscription,” and you will see one of the following statuses: “Active,” “On hold,” “Pending cancellation,” or “Cancelled.”

Active: Your subscription is currently active. If you skip the next payment, your status will remain active.

On hold: This happens if a payment fails or your order can’t be renewed. The invoice will show as “failed” or “pending payment.” Once you pay the invoice, the status will change back to active. If you want to skip a kit and avoid being charged, email me, and I’ll put your subscription on hold. When you’re ready to resume, I can reactivate it without needing to start a new subscription.

Pending cancellation: You’ve canceled your subscription, and it will automatically change to “Cancelled” on the renewal date. You won’t be charged.

Cancelled: Your subscription is permanently canceled. To subscribe again, you’ll need to create a new order.

Log in to your account, go to “My subscription,” and you’ll find the next payment date listed on the right.

You’ll also receive an email notification before your payment is due.

All orders will receive tracking number.

If you have not be charged for the kit yet (the invoice has been created). You can log-in to account → My subscription → Change address.

A. If the invoice is already created. The only way to change is to contact me via [email protected] and I will change it for you. Please note that if you change the address by yourself. The new address only applies to the next subscription, it will not update on the invoice that has been created.

Member log-in

Log in to your account, go to “My subscription,” and click the “Skip next payment” button.

Log in to your account, go to “My subscription,” and click the “Cancel” button.

Your subscription status will change from “active” to “pending cancellation.” Don’t worry, you won’t be charged for the kit. The status will automatically change to “cancelled” on the next payment date.

Your subscription is permanently canceled. To subscribe again, you’ll need to create a new order.

First, log in to your account. Please ignore the “Add product” button on the My subscription page—it doesn’t work.

Instead please click to this LINK to find the subscription products.

There will be an option to “Add to your subscription”.
*This method only works if you want to add the kit BEFORE the charging date. If your renewal order has been charged. This feather will apply to the next kit.*

If your order has already been renewed and the invoice has been created, you can’t make changes to the kit yourself. Please email me at [email protected] and I’ll make the changes for you.

Sign-up opens on the 16th, but your renewal order will be charged on the 20th. Once you receive an email notification about the upcoming charge, you’ll have 4 days to make changes to the kit.

Important: Once the renewal order is created, you can’t change it yourself. Any changes you make will apply to the next kit. Please email me at [email protected] if you need to update your order.

To remove a kit: Log in to your account, go to “My subscription,” click the “Edit details” button on the right, and click the ✖️ button to remove the kit.

To switch a kit: Some kits can be switched without removing and adding them. For example:

  • Sticker kit $25 and Sticker kit $38
  • Hobonichi Cousin Weekly view $17.50 and Weekly + Monthly view $23
  • Subscription add-on Exclusive sticker sheet $3.50 and Happy Fairy sheet $2.80

To switch, log in to your account, go to “My subscription,” click the “Edit details” button on the right, click on the kit name, and use the drop-down menu to select the new kit.

Log in to your account and follow these steps:

  1. Update your payment information.
  2. Go to “Orders” and pay the pending or failed order..

I’m sorry you didn’t receive your kit. This usually means there was a payment issue with your order. You should have received an automatic email about this. Please log in to your account to update your payment information and pay for the order.

If the order shows as “cancelled,” it means I assumed you no longer wanted the kit. If you still want it, please email me at [email protected], and I’ll help you sort it out. Thank you for your patience!
