Website Migration FAQs

We recently moved from WooCommerce to Shopify. Don’t worry, your account and reward points have been transferred!

You’ll get an invite email to activate your account on the new platform. If you haven’t received it, email me at hellohappydaya@gmail.com and I’ll check for you.

Once your account is activated, please review your details.

Thank you for your support! Unfortunately, due to technical issues, we can’t migrate all active subscriptions. After logging into your account, please check for the “Manage subscriptions” button or see if your subscription details appear.

If not, you’ll need to sign up for the Cherry Blossoms Picnic kit. Apologies for the inconvenience.

For customers with migrated subscriptions, please double-check your details (kits, shipping address, and payment info). You’ll be charged for the Cherry Blossoms Picnic kit on February 23rd, so no need to sign up again for the February kit!

Buyers are responsible for custom tax and VAT.

All orders will be shipped with tracking number. Except for "letter mail" option.

The 2 free sticker sheets are a special promotion to help cover your shipping cost. For example, if shipping to the USA costs $10, it’s like you’re only paying $5 for shipping!

To choose your free stickers:

  • The sticker sheets must be priced at $2.50 USD each.
  • Customisable hair/skin color stickers (e.g., HF codes) aren’t eligible.
  • *Don’t add the sheets to your cart "write the codes in the order note at cart" (e.g., PM125s, FI014S).

* If added to the cart, the free sheets won’t be refunded.

  • Subscriptions and USA kits won’t include the 2 free sticker sheets, as the shipping cost is already lower than the actual cost.

Please let me know which stickers you’d like, along with the size (e.g., PM115 S). Simply write down in the "Order note" at Cart when you place your order.

I’ve stocked several subscription kits at a fulfillment center in the USA for customers based there. This means your order will be shipped from Utah, so you’ll get it quickly!

Here are the kits I usually stock:

  2. Sticker Kit + Hobonichi Cousin Kit
  3. Sticker Kit + Hobonichi Weeks Kit
  • Each kit includes subscription freebies.
  • Since these kits are pre-stocked in the USA, shop freebies are not included.

We have many designs and might not have added them all yet. Let me know, and I’ll add them for you!

To save on trips to the post office, we ship twice a week: Tuesday and Friday.

If you order on Friday, your order will ship the following Tuesday. For faster shipping, I recommend placing your order by Monday (Sunday EST) or Thursday (Wednesday EST). 😊
